Yvonne began working for the Otamatea Vet Club in May 2011, starting on the front desk at the Maungaturoto clinic. After a couple of years there, she spent around four years at the Waipu clinic before moving to the Mangawhai clinic in 2016. This transition provided her with the perfect opportunity to get to know many of our wonderful clients across all three areas and witness firsthand how The Vet Centre has continued to grow and evolve. She's also had the pleasure of working alongside some truly fantastic colleagues along the way. She now works part-time as an admin co-ordinator — a role she genuinely enjoys. 

Yvonne has lived on a dairy farm in
Mangawhai with her husband since 1993, where they raised their two boys along with a
collection of dogs, cats, and chickens. Over the years, the farm and the number of animals have gradually downsized, and the boys have long since
flown the nest. Outside of work, she loves walking,
cycling, reading, and travelling whenever the opportunity arises.
