Matt started with Franklin Vets in early 2021. In his role, he leads a passionate and capable Support Team across a range of functions, including Marketing, IT, Inventory and People & Culture.

Matt’s previous experience has been in the People and Culture space across a number of different industries in businesses, including Vodafone, Sky City Entertainment Group, Noel Leeming Group, and The Trusts.

In his spare time, Matt and his wife, Bec, enjoy competing in endurance multisport events and spending time with their two children, Macey and Leo.
