Julia has a Massey University Diploma in Veterinary Nursing and over 20 years of industry experience.

Part of the Leadership Group and also a Franklin Vets shareholder, Julia manages the Inventory Team of 5 people dedicated to procurement for the company. The team manage the centralised ordering system, product lines, equipment, stock management and supply security. Julia's time is mainly spent meeting with suppliers and with project management, working with a variety of people both internally and externally, and travelling to clinics.

Julia lives rurally in North Waikato with her husband and three young children; her spare time is spent with kids' sports, rugby club treasury, and fly fishing on the Tongariro.
