Loren graduated in 2012 via VetNurse+ and furthered her education with hands-on experience and CPD, working in multiple practices in Auckland before settling in the Kaipara Region, where she has been nursing for the past five years. As a dedicated and experienced general practice Nurse, wife and mother of two, she loves the variety and the nurturing aspects of her roles. She couldn't dream of doing anything other than taking care of the people and pets around her, always either at work or supporting her family members. 

Dogs and horses have always been like family members to Loren. Although she is unable to have her own at the moment, as she is unable to spend enough time at home with them, she considers herself an Aunty to a fair few and finds the joy that animals bring to be a vital component of a balanced life.
