Caroline was born and raised in the beautiful Northland, where her love for animals—especially horses—took root early on. She joined The Vet Centre in 2023 as an Animal Technician. Over time, her role evolved into Clinic Coordinator in Ruawai, where she now helps keep our busy clinic running smoothly and supports a team she is proud to be part of. 

Outside of work, she's a mum to three amazing kids. When she gets a moment to herself, you'll find Caroline with her horses—her quiet escape and constant joy. Her life’s a mix of muddy boots, clinic chaos, kid cuddles, and horse hair—and she loves every bit of it.
