Emily started working at The Vet Centre in 2012 as a mixed animal vet and, apart from a sabbatical to finish a veterinary masters, has been working in this beautiful part of the country since. She has a strong interest in the ag sector and loves working with the most exceptional species we can – cows! She also has a special interest in small animal surgery and ultrasonography. One of the most enjoyable and rewarding things about being a vet is working with people and using the latest science and tools available to overcome challenges. She lives on a small farm in Waipu with her husband Liam, and their 2 energetic boys.
