The Vet Centre service levels during Covid 19 Alert Levels


  • As an essential service provider, our service delivery is accordance with Government regulations, Veterinary Council of NZ directives and New Zealand Vet Association guidelines
  • To provide services across the region, with safety in mind, we have allocated our team into ‘bubbles’ to minimise any risks to both our and your staff and families.


Level 3 Production and Lifestyle Farm Vet Services


  • We are aware of the additional pressure you and your farm may be facing, please also respect the effort and commitment of our team to you by observing the required safety protocols.let’s work together.
  • In Level 3 all on-farm and emergency services are available
  • Please follow the requirements of wearing a face mask, our team carry face masks if you require one.
  • All clinic requirements will remain drop off, pick up only – Please call first to arrange a time for scripts or over the counter requirements. Please call when you’re in the car park if you have arranged to drop anything off to us.
  • Please continue to book in routine work as early as possible so we can be there when you need us.
  • If you get stuck and can’t get to clinic to pick-up scripts or over the counter requirements – please get in contact and we’ll see how we can help.

Level 3 Companion Pet Vet Services


  • We are aware of the additional pressure you and your family may be facing, please also respect the effort and commitment of our team to you by observing the required safety protocols. let’s work together.
  • In Level 3 all companion pet vet services are available by appointment only
  • After hours emergency services are available as usual.
  • Saturday clinics are closed during level 3 – if in need of pet food supplies, please phone your local clinic before the weekend
  • All clinic requirements are drop off and pick up only and are a contactless service – please wear a face mask when dropping off and picking up your pet or product.
  • Due to safe distancing requirements, we have allowed additional time for admission, consultation and discharge. There will be no additional charge to you for this in the interest of safety and wellbeing for you and our team.
  • As usual always please call first to allow us time to prepare scripts (24 hours required).
  • For any petfood or over the counter requirements, please call ahead and place your order. Pick-up will be arranged at this time.
